Delete your Wanderer account

Applies to Wanderer on Android and iOS

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Wanderer and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted 14 days later. Changed your mind? Sign back in before then and choose Keep my account.

Without the app

Email wandererapp.support@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Wanderer account”. We schedule the deletion and reply to confirm; the account is gone within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, username, quests, photos, streak, Explorer Rating and badges. Records of store purchases may be kept as long as tax and store rules require.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wanderer Pro.
